AC not yet installed

It's been 4 days since I bought the new AC for my workplace. The shop were I bought it told me that they will be the one to call the office of the installer for a schedule and guaranteed that it will be installed within this week. The office called me yesterday and said that they will be here on Friday. So I said okay I will wait for them. Today the office called me again and said that they can't make it on Friday because they still have pending installations to finish. They told me they will reschedule mine on Saturday. That's almost a week after purchasing. What can I do but say yes again. But I told them that to make it sure becuase I still have other things to do. I hope it can be installed soon.

The one from the brand I bought should install it. I don't want my warranty to become void. The basic installation fee is 5k. But if the condenser will be above 6 feet then I have to pay some extra bucks.

My brother and I took matters into our own hands when the AC in my dad's room needed to be installed ASAP. He sawed the metal window where the AC will be fit into and I called someone who will make the housing for the AC. Mom later sent an electrician from city hall to install the AC for us. All of it just took a day to finish. We had to make it work because my dad just came home from the hospital at that time. Now even though he has AC in his room, he still sweats like it's summer in their. Apparently, that's a symptom of pneumonia that he's also recovering from.

It could be easier of it's a window type. But what I bought is a split type AC that's why I really need to wait for an installer. They have the materials to be used and I don't want my warranty to become void.

Hope they come on Saturday but good thing they let you know instead of keeping you waiting on Friday
