I find a random word by flipping through my 2003 The New Webster’s Concise Dictionary and write a quick – often silly – little post about it. # “casein – The protein found in milk and constituting the principal ingredient in cheese, also used in manufacturing adhesives, plastics, etc.” So casein gives you sticky, plastic cheese?

Finally a word I actually knew a little bit ab out before going into reading the definition. With that said, I guess with casein you can bounce your cheese and stick it to the wall.
