When the Body Gives That Sign

Our bodies will let us know when we need to relax and rest. Sometimes we try to push ourselves. Not a good idea. Rest is so important. It's almost that time to unwind. We can't run on empty. Even closing our eyes for a bit will help. A warm bath will help us relax and have a peaceful sleep. Have a blessed Friday everyone!

I know I had to give it up for days because I was on empty. I am back to myself now.

I know. My mind thinks I'm still in my 20's, but my body tells me otherwise!!! lol

That is so true Tee! I hope you don't mind me calling you Tee. Too much of something is always not good. WE have to keep things in moderation. And rest is very important.

bad routine lead to bad sleep ,it is hard to change the body 's clock and get full energy .

I agree. I immediately know I need rest when I feel dull body aches. I immediately lay down and take a nap because the pain becomes unbearable.

im guilty when it comes to pushing myself over the limit sometimes. this is when im so behind with my tasks/plans.
