Be honest! 
Do I really scare you with my new username: I Am Evil ? 
I don't understand why that is?
You do know that there is nothing in the name, right?
I am not going to explain or defend my name to anyone anymore. 
I am making it clear for the last time: It is my choice and I like the name. 
It's funny though. When my name was "The Innocent One", it worried / scared people then too. 
So, it's not the name is it? 
Anyways, I am in a good mood right now because of the rains and the cool weather. 
I even have the goosebumps from the chill in the air.
And today, come what may, I AM going to finally start on my pending chapters. 
Wish me luck!

@Daljinder In some cases it's not superstition... there are those "preachers" on the site that will never read something written by an "Evil".

I am okay with less views @LadyDuck Money or comments are not the issue.
I know those who know me are not bothered. They know my implish nature by now.
But it did surprise me that superstitions still exist and they aren't just confined to Indian borders.

@Daljinder I had a hard time looking out for you when you had first changed the display name... because my glasses were down. and I even skipped one of those notifications as it came in from someone with this display name "The Innocent One" believing it was someone I did not know here. Glasses back on, and now, I have no issues.
As for the name, well, I believe, the rose will still be the same - same fragrance, same thorns(okay, this time I did not miss them out), the same symbolism for love, friendship - if it had another name.
And why are you getting into superstitions?

@thesids I guess friends got used to me by now so they didn't ask. The friends that did ask did not ask for explanation. Just mentioned it. But those who don't know me well did ask why THIS name? So, that had me wondering about "superstitions".

Yes, mine is, too... well, mostly. My allergies kicked in a little while ago. My eyes are swelling closed. My medication doesn't seem to be working. As long as my tongue/throat doesn't swell, I am still good, though!

I have no problem with the name. Avatars and sign on names are mostly a work of fiction and if you are anything like me you choose them by your mood at the time. On Facebook my avatar is the green witch from the new wizard of oz meme with the caption "not my circus, not my monkeys, my monkeys can fly." I changed to her after posting a cartoon character for a week on a dare.
The sad thing is how some people perceive our choices. Someone had made a joke about a certain group of religious people. Most of the time I let these pass because I know it's just a joke but this one was morbid and in very bad taste so I felt compelled to say something. All I said is that wasn't funny. The person who said it came back and started what I thought was going to be an intelligent conversation but after I had answered the biblical question he had asked he called me a hypocrite because of my avatar. I just left it there and didn't respond anymore on that thread.

@Daljinder Well, if the person I was talking about was trying to start an argument he picked the wrong person. I will not argue about religion at all. However I am always glad to discuss it. Some people do not get the difference between argue and discuss.

Ah! There has been some who has been saying bad things about a certain religion and their followers. Trying to get others to get in to their way of thinking. I didn't like it and they didn't like my logical take. lol

Yes its somewhat scaring why do choose this name. At the first i did not recognize you by this name but when i read your i find you. You know you are very person when i make mylot account and get your first comment. I was happy to get your comment.

See we use this little devil here... when we are being naughty. So, why not "I Am Evil"? There is even an evil grin... I didn't see much difference.

Eh, none of us are good (Luke 18:19). We're all sinners and so, logically, all "evil". Of course we can be redeemed but...
Whoops. I'm probably getting too preachy. I also included a Bible verse so, yeah. Better get off my soapbox.
Honestly, your picture makes me a bit uncomfortable. But I'm not "scared" of it. I hold to Luke 12:5 which says,
"...fear him, which after he has killed, has power to cast into hell..." And since you don't hold that power...

Let me properly introduce myself. My name is Daljinder Kaur. My nickname is DJ (both offline and online among friends). I had my name as my username before. But I like things to change a little so I changed it to this.
It has been nice talking to you so far. Hope it gets better in the future.
