Where did my money go?

Transferred an amount, checked.my account.
Where did a quite big amount go?
Pay pal notified.me about when will my money appear on my.bank account. With the unavailability of the online banking, i hadn't traced if it was already there.
Checked it thru.atm earlier.
And...i was surprised with the amount, lesser than what i transferred.
Ugh!
I emailed the customer service afterwards regarding the issue and want some clarification how did it end up with that amount.
Or maybe left an amount before and the money is not on my bank yet.
Sigh.
Hoping to hear from them soon.

Did you transfer the paypal money to your EON Card? You can also call Union Bank Hotline to inquire if the money is in your card already so that there is no need for you to go to an ATM Machine to check the amount. I think the bank also gets a fee from your card even if it is just for you to be able to check the amount you already have. It usually take 3 to 4 working days before the paypal money get in our Eon Card.

@Lucky15 It should be in your card this weekend or by next week. I remember I transferred a big amount from paypal to my EON Thursday and I got the money if not Wednesday, might be Thursday already. So it took a week for me.

I have browsed other's comme ts here. I learned something. I haven't transferred from paypal momey to my bank account yet. I remeber my fist paypal money was transferred to a friend here in myLot and he withdraw it for me sent me the money.

@Lucky15 Sometimes Reine, Paypal asks to update the details of the account holders. for that time transactions are kept on hold. I suppose that my have been the case with you.

do you withdraw more than P7k from PayPal to your bank? P7k has no fees.
