Bombay Chutney...some doubts clarified

Many have expressed doubts as to when the Onions should be added; When the Tomatos should be added; When curd or buttermilk should be added at the time of preparation. This is to clarify that the Onions should be added after the Turdal and Chanadal become reddish; Now add salt and turmeric and adjust it. Heat it in low flame Now Chopped Tomato should be added and heated for 5-6 minutes. After the entire item is prepared it should be allowed to cool. After that two or 3 spoons of Curd or buttermilk should be added to give the recipe a light sour taste.
