One of the most beautiful gardens around is our next door neighbor's. She and her daughter built this garden that seems to get plenty of sun and water with variety of beautiful flowering plants.
She and my wife Anne consult on what might be the best plants for our garden and the care and feeding of various plants. While the neighbor, Janet, has an organized and symmetrical garden, Anne, the art quilter prefers even her garden to be a bit more abstract.
Sometimes good gardens make good neighbors.

yes sir, that's truly a beaut! that's what i'll miss these next few months, visitin' with my neighbor 'cross the road. 'tis nice't times to've somebody who speaks yer own language, lol. i'm with ya 'n there's no organization here, though i used to've some beautiful beds out'n the front.

@DeborahDiane Thank you so much Deborah - I'm just getting things ready for planting now, but I won't put anything out for another week or so. I've been planting the baskets though as I can bring them in at night.

@DeborahDiane ...I can grow in a container just can't use much space because the mowing people come weekly and everything has to be put up and out of their way.

It is nice that we can all have our gardens whatever way we prefer, isn't it? We prefer ours with weeds this year....lots of weeds.
