Now a days people seems to get up late in the morning

When we were young, we used to get in the early morning to study and also to do other things. Now a days most people do watch television at late night and sleeps through the morning and seems to get up late in the morning. Do you get up early or late at night and what is the first thing you do when you get up in the morning like walking, jogging, running, etc?

So here’s a break up of a working person’s day: 6-7 hours of sleep 1 hour to get ready with breakfast 8-9 hours at work 2-2:30 hours in travel 1 hour for dinner and home affairs So mathematically all you and I have is 4 hours to our self’s. After a difficult day of work I’d want to sleep soundly so all that’s left is the morning hours!

I always wake up at 6 AM and the first thing I do is going down in the kitchen and make coffee and breakfast. It's wrong to start any activity before breakfast.

i used to get up later when i was younger.now i wake up automatically at 5 or 6 am.i have no idea why it changed. first thing is make coffee then feed the cats.

When I was a child, I also preferred to sleep late if I didn't have to go to school. I am not the type which wake up early if it is not necessary.

First thing I do is check my messages, then get dressed and ready for work. On weekends I check my messages, then get dressed and ready for play!

I get up early when I have work and get up at noon when I have an off day. Sometimes, I take a nap after I come back from work because I can barely stand up from being so tired.

I'm a morning person. I like cycling early in the morning though sometimes i do it at night. I like to go to yoga class three times a week. When I don't, i still wake up early in the morning and just take my time relaxing in bed or mylotting.

I wake up automatically at 5:30 or 6:00 am in the morning. The first thing I do is to wash my hands and make breakfast for my family. My dailytime is almost fully occupied by my job, so sometimes I even get up earlier to make dumplings or other time-consuming but delicious food for my daughter. She likes to eat these food.

I wake up early and meditate for a while. I'm in college so I've got a lot to study. So that's what I do. By the time it's 8:30 i get substantial amount of work done. It sort of feels good that when so many people are just starting their day,I take a short break and enjoy my second cup of tea. :)

I get up early every day. But there is so much work like going to do grossery in the morning and getting my son ready for school that I dont have any scope for going to jogging or swimming.
