With the heat index soaring to 45 degrees, liquid intake is higher. So aside from the common very cold water, coconut juice, halo-halo and shakes, we need more to address the thirsty in our body.
The streets have treat for you. Here are the flavor for the juice drinks to beat the heat. Favorite flavors are in the line. Choose what you like most: black gulaman, pineapple, melon and buko pandan. The price is cheap; you can buy P5 and P10 per plastic cup.
Juices are the best for this summer.

@ilocosboy,Here the mercury is threatening to cross 45 C.I prefer sugarcane juice.It's available everywhere here,just at a stone's throw from my house.

I think i read a post here somewhere from a mylotter that the way to beat the heat is to drink hot drinks instead of cold drinks.

I like lemonade & water.
If there's no lemonade, I'd go for buko pandan.
