Solution to "processcom.android.systemui stopped Working" Problem

After the factory rest I am having a problem of "processcom.android.systemui stopped Working". It is not entering the recovery mode as well. After 10-15 minutes, it starts working fine but goes the same way after another 15-20 minutes.
Any tech geek here with the solution ?
