Divorce and Celebrity

Divorce and celebrity, is there a connection? I realize that marriage takes work. So, is there a higher risk for a celebrity involved marriage? I always believe that where one marriage works and another fails is on a purpose. If both people see marriage as a tie that binds love, respect, monogamy, family plans, and self fulfillment then it can go on, can't it? If not what did they really have?

Marriage is hard work, harder than your daily job, but sometimes it fails without one part even knowing why it did fail.

@miniam I understand. But, what the feeling is on the time and effort is related to the outcome I would imagine.

Hi minisam. Sometimes there is just a dissolution, more or less. But, it is still somewhat disappointing if there was a lot of time and effort involved.

I'm quite confused, my friend. Do you really mean celebrity? Or you meant celibacy? Just seeking clarification from you. Thanks :)

Hi Sunrise Fan. I am asking if celebrity (fame) has an influence on marriage.

@Talknpen Oh thanks for the clarification. Now here's my take on that - celebrity status usually affects marriage much. We often hear of celebrities who get married in grand weddings but who eventually end up separated. The pressures of being celebrities weigh down on the couple thus causing difference and quarrels that end up in divorce (where allowed) or separation.

@sunrisefan Thank you for your response. I see your point. It is an incredible challenge having celebrity status and a marriage for some.
