This early, television and the social media had announced the leading candidates for the national and local positions although they said it is not yet an official one.
Just a little percentage of the votes are being canvassed by each local precincts. A total of about 80 plus percent were transmitted, so this early, we can say that those leading are already the possible winners.
Some of my bets won, some lost. It is alright. We are thankful for a generally peaceful and orderly elections. Of course there are minor flaws but were corrected at once.
I can say this is one of the legacies of the present leadership; a clean and orderly elections and more voters who participated in this democratic exercise.

But this election was generally a nice one compared to the past because it was automated and the results was known quickly compared to manual voting. It was also generally peaceful according to the police.

We hope the newly-elected President Rody Duterte will really be a good leader as he had shown when he was a Mayor in his city, Davao City, Philippines.
