Mid-Week (Happy Wednesday)

Here we are at mid-week and I'm trying to get things done around the house that I haven't gotten to for the past few days.
I started off by stripping my bed this morning because I knew if I didn't do it when I got up I'd never go back upstairs to do it later. Now my bedding has gone from the washer to dryer and I'm happy to have this done.
I made myself a check-list of all the things I wanted to accomplish today and so far I've been able to cross off a few things.
Tomorrow is our garbage collection so I cut up some cardboard boxes that have been taking up room in the garage. I keep moving these boxes from place to place and say "one of these days" I'll break them down and get them out for recycling. Well, today I got that task finished too.
The next thing on my list is to put a whole pile of things through the shredder so I can empty the can and get that out for the recycling tomorrow too.
I still have to figure out what to make for dinner, I want to do some serious myLotting today, I want to finish a chapter or two in my book and list some book on Ebay.
I just finished paying some bills so now that I'm sitting at the computer I am alloting myself some time to chat here.

Its been a busy one for us... but I think that you have been even busier!!. Hubby and I took a few days off to go visit family and have a little play time. It has been nice but it came to an end... way too quickly!!

Wow, you accomplished quite a bit!
I had a late start today. First client was at 10. So, I started a load of laundry and made a venison stew. Just finishing the stew now. Have to make dumplings now.

You had a productive day.
I worked until 2 and then went to get my hair trimmed, stopped at the grocery store and the post office, and now I'm here on the site. Its a gloriously beautiful day out, so I took some steaks out to grill for supper tonight, I'll enjoy being outside to cook for a change.

My morning was productive. I repacked a closet, tackled some mending and pinned another small quilt. Now I'm babysitting five of the grand babies.

O'm at work today, so house work won't get done. I did start a load of laundry before I left, so will have that to put in dryer when I get home and then fold and put away. I mowed the front lawn after work last night so that is out of the way. I will also need to do the dishes in the sink when I get home. and vacuum again. I'm slowly making a list of the things that I need to do this weekend and will scratch them off the list as I get them done during the week.

We have to take our garbage to the convenience center - but we have 3 days a week to do it, so if the trash builds up we have three changes to get rid of it. The day is very bla...ugly weather - I hear storms in the distance.

I finally had a nice but late breakfast and took out of the freezer some chicken drumsticks as I will invite my aunt for lunch tomorrow.
I don´t have dishes to wash, but I should empty the dishwasher. And yesterday Leticia and I washed a load (I sorted, the machine washed and Letcia hung).
I guess I´ll stay until after lunch at the computer. My daughter is coming at 4:00 PM with her children.

Good and So-So. I got a lot done here, but when I brought up my book to work on it, all I knew is that what I had written last was too soon for that action, but haven't figured it out yet. I will though. I'm glad you got a lot done and crossed off your to-do list.
