What's for dinner? May 11

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell! We are having roasted marinated pork tenderloin, homemade macaroni and cheese, creamed kale, and roasted broccoli with lemon zest. The tenderloin is one that is pre-marinated from the store and I made the macaroni and cheese on Sunday so all I have to really deal with are the vegetables. Dinner will be simple but delicious. That's the plan for dinner over here this evening. What's happening at YOUR house?

I'm about to stick a frozen Ricotta Lasagna in the microwave. We'll have that with ciabatta bread.

Sounds like a good meal for dinner for you. I'm not sure what we are doing for dinner. The kids wanted to go to chuck e cheese but they don't seem to want to behave so I don't think we will be going.
