Free Lunch!

Our company treated us to lunch this week. We had to go to a local corner store and show our name badge and got to have a sandwich of our choice along with a drink and chips. It was excellent. I'll have the second half of the sandwich for lunch tomorrow.
Missed out on Pizza day, which was Monday. Oh well. The sandwich is great.

That's so nice of your company! When I worked my last job, our boss would occasionally take all of us out to eat. On my last day there, he took us to a beautiful restaurant and let us have anything we wanted. I'm glad I never saw that bill! lol

When I worked as a secretary at our local high school we were often treated to lunch by the administration. It was always so much fun. Varied from sandwiches to pizza. Sometimes a nice dessert too.

I love the tea. Cold black tea is the only way to have iced tea.

We sell boar's head meat and cheeses etc where I work. Have never had any though, surprisingly. We end up with pizza as our "special perk" usually.

@ElusiveButterfly I may have to try some then. I am picky about my sandwich meats. I don't like processed meats at all.
