Random Word Post – knish

I find a random word by flipping through my 2003 The New Webster’s Concise Dictionary and write a quick – often silly – little post about it. # “knish – A small square or round of dough filled with potatoes, meat, kasha, etc., and baked or fried. Yiddish.” I don’t know if I’ve ever had any knish, but it sounds like something I might like.
