Alphabet pancake

My kids love to eat alphabet pancakes. So I make pancakes in using alphabets. My daughter likes to have O,N.A and C.My son wish to have any alphabet. Its nice to see smiles on their face while they have it in their plate.Have you tried anything different to make your kids eat their food.?

I use the batter to make a letter and spread a bit using spatula.

Alphabet pancakes are a big hit with my grandchildren... They especially like seeing the letters of their name
