Glad To Be Healthy

I feel that I am soon regaining my strenght. Although I do still feel a bit weak and sleepy, I am better compared to before. I am thankful that I am going healthy again. The doctor told me to have an intake of Vit. C and Vit. B daily. Aside from that, I make sure I sleep early every night. What do you do to keep yourself healthy?

I drink Usana nutritional supplements twice daily. It really works for me.

How long have you been using Usana @Macarrosel ? I have some people who told me to try those products. I also have a student who is selling me the product. She said I have to purchase the 2 bottles that is 3,000 pesos. I just find it very expensive so I try other vitamins which are cheaper.

thats very good. as for me, i normally just eat on time and drink water. i dont take any vitamins or eat fruits really.

That is also the problen with me. When there are too many things that need to be done, I forgot meal time. I think I should care for myself more.

i sometimes skip if i had snacks. just do make sure that you have something in your stomach.

@MGjhaud I do not feel hungry a lot so I do not eat much. I can pass the day eating only sandwiches.

I take a lot of vitamins too and get rest and now I am adding fruit to my daily food as I didn't eat enough before.

Fruits are good source of nutrients. What fruits do you eat the most? In my country, bananas and mangoes are many so we always have those on our table.

@annierose Watching my calories watching my carbs staying away from fried foods watching my sugar intake going to my health and wellness preventive visits listening to my doctor walking everyday 1/2 hour 3 times a day watching my eating I take flaxseed and soy lethicin fiber that's what I do.

@CRK109 I see. My family and I have observed that we can no longer be sure about the freshness of fruits and vegetables that we buy from the supermarket. People have been spraying chemicals on it and I think some of those chemicals go to our body.

That's a very good news.Do take care of your health and intake proper healthy diet as well.I usually eat the homemade food and do exercises on a regular basis though I tend to eat junk as well when I hang out with my friends or go for an outing with my family.

I think eating some foods in moderation only is good. Whatever we eat that is too much or whatever excessive things we do, then that is not good. Thank you so much for your friendly reminders.

I keep myself healthy by eating healthy food. I seldom eat junk food. When I am in the Philippines, I eat a lot of moringa leaves in my meals as it has a lot of vitamins and minerals. It is even called super food and miracle tree. Besides that, I make my own moringa tea. How I wish we have this food in Germany.

Good to hear that you are getting healthier soon. Yes, it's so nice to be healthy, especially when we are feeling sick, and we really appreciate our health. I learned to sleep early too. Even if I really need time to do my work, I now prefer to sleep early and wake up early in the morning, it still makes me feel better. Moreover, drinking more water and trying to exercise more help me stay healthy too.

I have learned my lesson too about health care. Sometimes, we need to get sick first before be we realize that health is wealth. As of now, I discipline myself in having enough sleep. I no longer sleep late. My appetite is still not good. I have been taking vitamins regularly to maintain a good health.
