Not that much, but powerful. Physically tired for two days in a row. And earlier, i really take the rest i needed. With kids around, and just.me to.look after them, it is crazy. So, i give in to a 15-minute nap. That 15 minutes had re-energize me. It felt like i took three hours of sleep. I should.do this.more.often or maybe my age is really butting in, in terms of getting tired easily. Hahaha. Just happy for that 15 minutes nap. Do.you take nap too? Do you think age has something to do with getting.tired easily?

Power nap. Hmmmmm Sometimes, while seated on a chair. Hihihi! Had enough sleep last night so I will not take a nap this afternoon.

@Lucky15 I haven't slept that long in about a month. Glad I did last night. I even didn't notice that it's already past 8 in the morning when I got up.

i dont take a nap because it ruins my body clock. im strict when it comes to my 8hrs-of-sleep rule. i guess as we get old, we acquire an illness and that slows us down.

I'm not really sure, but something I have noticed is that I'm an insomniac, and in all honesty, I think this has been somewhat detramental to my health. Sleep, is very important:/.

@Lucky15 we must age gracefully. not fret on some things that bring wrinkles on our foreheads. smile brings ageing a better notion of good life.

it's understandable since you're babysitting and doing chores, too. i think even a brief nap still helps if you badly need it. sometimes forcing ourselves to go on leads to clumsiness, mistakes and minor accidents.

I was advised to get 8 hours sleep. I take 4.5 hours of sleep everyday. so i would benefit from afternoon nap. but i just don't get the sleep for some reason.

When my children were small I would nap when they did, but I had only one at a time. My children are 6 years apart in age. I will occasionally take a nap if I feel tired but usually I don't feel tired...but my kids are grown..

My son's, when they were still living here, took naps before going out to party. They say a 20 minute nap is good for revving the engines, no matter your age. Glad you are revved up!

That's is what is called a power nap. Just a short nap that really re-energises you.

I hardly take a nap at all but I did a two-hour nap yesterday which is a bit unusual for me. I don't do naps regularly and usually it's just a 5 minute power nap. Not sure about age having to do with it since I'm 38 and I don't get tired that easily.

Surely age has something to do with getting tired easily, but you are still too young. I never take naps.

These last few months I have not taken a nap. I can't remember when was the last time I took a nap. I wake up late so I can't take an energising nap.
