Start a Revenue Sharing Blog

The past couple of days I have had a silly idea in my head.
I was thinking about Gather and Bubblews and was thinking, "I wonder if I could start my own revenue sharing blog page."
I have been thinking about possible names, and how to pay members, and thinking of silly contests and other such things.
Of course, it is just a silly thought I had. I don't have the SLIGHTEST idea how to start a revenue sharing blog.
Not to mention I can't even monetize my own blog, most less one where other people would expect me to pay them.
But it was still a fun idea to me. Thinking I might could quit my "day job" and start working in a way that makes me happy, because I love blogging and being on the computer.
Do you ever have silly day dreams that are fun, but you know will never happen?
Have you ever thought of starting your own revenue sharing site?
Do you have any resources that might teach someone how to start their own revenue sharing site?

No nothing online but I have thought about opening up my own graveyard. Morbid?

Hey! I saw a story on CBS Sunday Morning about people starting community-gardens in graveyards!
Volunteers tends to flowers on burial sites at The Woodlands, an historic Philadelphia cemetery where graves were designed to be planters

I have lots of what most say are silly dreams of earniing money. I have no clue how to monetize my blog either but I know there are some bloggers out there that are making tons of money with their blog.

Yep, I've thought about it and even tried to figure out how Gather or Bubblews did it but then it hit me, both sunk.
So much for that thought, eh?
