Don't agree to go somewhere then ignore me

I am so irritated right now this girl agreed to go to this gardening seminar this morning. I messaged her last night saying what time should we meet, etc.
I hadn't heard anything but then I did send it later in the evening. I woke up again early this morning, messaged her. She sends one back I can't today. Yet, she agreed a few days ago then last night.
I said fine whatever I will go by myself. I wont be inviting her again.

It is always disappointing when someone you were counting on blows you off. Has she does this before? Did she at least give you a valid reason?
I'm not sure I'd stop inviting someone to go places after one time being ditched, but certainly would if it happened more than once.

She didn't give a reason just that she can't today. Which is what sort of bugs me least say I have to work or so on. She invited me to go garage saling on Saturday and bailed on me while I was standing at the place waiting for her. She is in her late 30's so not young and stupid sort of speaking.
