What's for dinner? May 16

Hello everyone. What's going on the dinner table this evening? I want to know!
We are having meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and steamed green beans. I made meatloaf last week and froze half of the mixture as there are just two of us here in the house, so this is part two of that meal. All I have to do is form the mound of meat in the dish and bake it. Obviously I have to make the mashed potatoes and trim/steam the green beans but that's easy enough.
That's what's going on the table here. What's happening in YOUR house?

@NJChicaa - It's pork fried rice. No complaints, she makes really good fried rice.

I will have for dinner a dish of hot soup with vegetables and a side dish of refried bean with wheat bread, accompanied by a hot cup of coffee.

Soudns delicious! We are going to have leftovers from yesterday here. I may just whip something up myself because I don't think I want to have leftovers
