Thinking about what to cook for my birthday.

Although the party is 3 weeks away, I have to do a lot of planning as I have to buy food and prepare things in between exams and doctor appointments. On June I have the appointment with my oncologist. I have to have some exams and take them with me. The orders are lost. I rang today to ask for a copy and that will mean more problems for me. So as I don´t want to get into a pesimistic mood (I can´t do anything about it so why bother), I will think about what to cook for my guests. I am placing a picture here of some of the food I cooked for my 60th birthday. Than I did not have Leticia to help me and I did it all by myself.

It's a good thing that you are still so energetic in preparing foods for your birthday , my friend . I always choose to just buy the foods on my birthday , so i can just relax on my natal day .

I suppose that it is because I love to cook.

@SIMPLYD It will be in the middle of winter. And although I have a heater, the house is just lukewarm.
