How do you cure your boredom? Boredom comes with the feeling of being displeased with the things that are happening around us. We feel uninterested and as if there is nothing that gets our interest. We feel like shouting on top of our voice. Some of the things that we can do to cure our boredom? Watch movies of you favorite actors or actresses. Go for a walk, especially to places that will make you feel refreshed. Or maybe, have fun in cooking. Boredom is curable. It just depends on us how to deal with it.

Whenever that idea struck on me. It is either I am out of the park or I will grab a book or I will just sleep!

@wiLLmaH ... But my children are readers. they spend long hours in reading novels. they are more familiar with the authors than me. They have read the complete chapters of Harry Potter, Ring of Fire and other novels that were made into movies. They react if there are cuts in the story.

Actually, reading a book is one of the strategies in curing boredom. Then, when you feel tired after reading, you sleep. As for me, reading really makes me sleepy so I am not that fond of reading. I only do reading when needed. Ha ha ha.

I don't get bored these days. Why? 1. There's mylot. 2. There's my company to a take care of. 3. My planner journals. 4. My prima dolls. 5. My mountain bike and road bike 6. Yoga classes 7. My longboard and I could go on and on with so many things to do you might wonder how do i find time to sleep.

I agree with you. Boredom is curable and needs to be cured sooner or later. Boredom brings about inefficiency and less productivity in a person's life. As individuals, we ought to be active and strive not to be bored as much as possible. Time is precious, and spending life with boredom will just make life worse and full of regrets in the end. For me, I like to learn about general things whenever boredom strike me. I learn new technologies, watch my favorite tv series, read a book, etcetera so long as it keeps my boredom at bay.

@magallon Yes, sadly we cannot control our boredom as it strikes everyone. But the thing we need to address is how we manage ourselves when boredom strikes us.

We really cannot avoid being bored sometimes. Maybe because of the environment or the people around us. You're right! It needs to be cured right away. It will just ruin our life. We have to make our life meaningful.

So watching TV gets most of your time. That's a nice thing to let time pass by.
