Well today I have been successful in ticking to my diet. I had cereal with a sliced banana for breakfast this morning. My lunch was a huge salad once again and it definitely filled me up. For dinner we will be having Rueben Sandwiches which I will enjoy possibly with a side salad as well. I have done some cleaning, but no Zumba yet today. I am hoping I have enough energy later this evening to do it not too long after dinner. I am feeling kind of tired today so we will see. I do feel a bit lighter than usual today, though that just be my wishful thinking. What have you done to be active today? What have you eaten today? What helps you to choose healthier things to eat?

Always walk the dog a mile a day, some days more than a mile. I had oatmeal for breakfast, spaghetti and sauce for lunch, and a banana. I eat similar things each day since I am not a fan of creating meals or cooking them. I like to grab something and go.

i wish i could grab and go with healthy choices but i try to create stuff so i have more control over what exactly im eating

I don't eat between about 7pm and midday. I've had a bowl of soup so far and will have meat and vegies for tea; maybe a banana in the middle of the afternoon. I am gradually losing a little weight but I don't do any exercise so I can't expect too much.

Your diet chart is matching with me, I am also a great lover of salad and you can say green salad. Today I had chicken soup with green salad in my lunch.
