Good visit at the doctor

I had an appointment with a specialist today immediately after work. It was to check up with me on my anxiety and panic disorder and to give me prescription refills until my next visit. I told him that I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea as that is a new development since my last visit. I also told him that friends and family have noticed my head shaking, usually when I'm tired. He didn't seem too concerned and cut the dose of one of my medications as the likely culprit. Hey, if he isn't upset about it, then I'm going to trust him and not be upset about it. All in all, I consider it a good visit.

Do you not notice your head shaking yourself? You'd think it would interfere with your vision.

Anxiety sucks. I have PTSD and depression, among other things, and I really hate having to take meds for it, but given the alternative, I guess I can live with it.
