Not A Happy Camper

I am not a happy camper right now as I have to go out again to solve a problem that the electricity company has created. All their doing and they want us to pay a fee for their own mistake. I have been trying to solve this since yesterday and this morning I am going in person to talk to a "human being" and make them see that they are the ones doing the wrong thing, not us. I hope that they will finally understand as I am getting pretty annoyed with them. What a waste of time!

@marlina I think they were overwhelmed by the calls. I managed to have them really only the day after during the morning and they sent a team to repair during the afternoon. The team told me that they had 2000 houses without electricity after the storm, and I have been without electricity only 24 hours : it was not that bad.
