I was born as a sickly child that have made me exposed to the different kinds of vitamins up to the present. I have tried Enervon which is a vitamin C tablet, Sangobion which is good for blood, centrum which is multivitamins and ascorbic acid, another Vitamin C. I got sick recently and my recovery has been slow so my colleague suggested that I try Usana multivitamins. I have heard many who gives positive comments about Usana so I just purchased it to see it it will be effective for me. What is/are your vitamins?

@allen0187 I see. You have a strong taste buds that you can endure the taste of too many vitamins. I do not like taking vitamins because I do not like their taste but I need them in my body.

Are they individual tablets or those vitamins are already rolled into one capsule or tablet?

I take my vitamins from fruits mostly. When I'm feeling a bit down, I take vitamin C from Kirkland. We have a big bottle of that at home.

I love fruits as well. I'd rather eat some fruits than take vitamins. Does Vitamin C also help people get out of depression?I have read that eating banana fruits can get rid of those depressions.

@annierose I don't think so. Bananas contain potassium and yes I've read that too.

That is much better, I think. Fresh fruits and vegetables are better than those tablets and capsules. No disavantages unlike in the man made ones that may affect our kidney if we took too much.

It would be good to consult a doctor. He could prescribe the right vitamins for you. Don't just rely on word of mouth from you friends about the vitamins they are taking. It might be good for them but not for you. Your doctor knows better, if not best.
