Have you this experience - can't comment ?

I just posted my post here 1 hour ago. I went to see the respond and try to reply and I clicked Comment, to my surprise the comment box was belong to bottom respond person. I can't get a reply comment that I want to.
I try few times, still the same.
Any idea or I am not allow for comment.
