Its time to be free!

Just a couple of days back, I gone through a rejection. It was an interview and I got rejected. Frustrated and irritated, I began making some false interpretation of myself, that I am careless, I am not confident, I was not presentable at the time of interview and what not! I immediately started noting it down in my diary. That's when I realized, I have been giving much significance to the result and not to the whole experience of the interview. This was one mistake that lead me to be clinging to the result as success. As it didn't happen, I felt frustrated and stuff. That was the moment when I became free, I started breathing and started looking at my life as full of blessings. I would recommend writing down these thoughts whenever you come across it, as, when it happens, you're not the same person anymore and you come up with many more things about yourself.

You know in life there will be many rejections and you don't get things so easily. As in talking about my life it's like I have never been able to succeed in the first go.I have fallen many times and those pitfalls make me explore the good things about the experience like you spoke which I get and most importantly about the potentials I have to do more productive the next time. You will surely clear the interview soon . :) My wishes are with you.

Thanks a bunch. That was so thoughtful of you! Also, it is interesting to note, how our brain and our body starts reacting to such things. To realize and get back on the track indeed takes efforts. The key to succeed is practicing! :)

@adit4money Yeah absolutely.A lot of efforts are indeed required to get back to the track and once you develop an optimistic attitude towards everything things become much easier and simpler. :)

You are right, it is so nice to think outside the box, because life can be so beautiful yet we don't see it.

Great realization. Been writing down my thoughts for many years now. I keep different kinds of planner journals so I could jot down almost everything.
