This is a delicacy in my country that I love. I buy it seldom because it is expensive and because I like it so much that I overeat. Today my daughtertold me that she was coming with Sofía as she needed to be pampered by mommy. And that she was cooking a tongue. I told her to bring some and she said of course she would. Little did I know that she would bring the whole tongue almost raw in her pressure cooker. She barely got out of the car, doubled by pain. She said that they would have lunch with me and could I cook some rice. I had cooked rice but I finished cooking the tongue and also cooked some broccoli for Sofía. We overate as I thought we would and after lunch we slept an Egg Story that was Sofía´s Netflix choice. A lovely familiar Sunday
