Hey everyone!
Well, as a lot of you know, a private messages spammer showed up over the last couple of days.
We created safeguards awhile back to prevent this kind of thing from occurring, but this spammer was actually pretty smart and figured out how to get around the safeguards. @GoAskAlice banned the spammer, but not until after he had annoyed a ton of myLotters.
Anyway, we just implemented a brand new safeguard this morning that will hopefully prevent someone from signing up for a new account and spamming everybody with junk messages.

Thank you for this! I trust that it will work, whatever it is (I think I can guess but it's clearly not something which should be made public or it might be too easy to circumvent!)
Whilst on the subject, there are two things which I know would make people feel happy.
1) A means of deleting all messages in a thread from one user at a stroke.
2) A hyperlink to the person's profile where the username/avatar is displayed.
