As a mother should we allow our children to dress as grown women

I see a lot of young children dressing as grown women, I have seen 10-year-old children look 25. is this safe for our young children . or are we making them to grown before its time.?

I don't know, but I think kids can wear whatever they want as long as they're comfortable in it and they're not revealing too much skin.
