Did I catch her sinus headache? Through myLot?

Last night my last discussion I responded to was from @AmbiePam . She had a bad headache from sinus pressure and stress. The storms were there and contributing to her headache.
Well, they were here as well, but it was not a problem for me during the day but oh, it struck overnight.
Like Oklahoma, Kansas has thunderstorms today. They should move out sometime overnight tonight.
I got up, had a couple of cups of coffee, but it did not help. I did a hot soak in the tub with epsom salts and lavender essential oil.
I was a home body all day yesterday and probably will be today as well. I am working on my earnings and visiting with people here online. I am also going to make some granola and do other cooking. Last night we had guacamole with ham and cheese casserole. Cooler weather makes food taste better.

I hear thunder, but I see the sun. My neck is stiff, and I may nap after lunch, but for now I have yummy things cooking. I feel better.

I will probably go out in a bit once I put my shoes on. I am in the kitchen mostly.I think the cat is sleeping again.

Rain is also visible in our place since the other day. Maybe summer ends already and it's the start of the rainy season in our country.

It just seems to take me a while to get to feeling good when I wake up. Again, I have a headache. I am headed for a shower.

I've been getting sinus headaches about once a week, but it's never been stormy when I've had them although I tend to wake with them. I've begun taking an allergy medication again in the hopes that it will stave off any future bouts with the headaches. I always figured it was barometric pressure changes, but not really sure.
Coffee doesn't do anything for me for those headaches, it only helps my migraines. I take a medication, over the counter, for sinus pressure. but recently I've purchased sinus spray to help relieve it if it happens again. I did use it one day and it seemed to help better than the meds alone.
