We have a big problem here in the U.S. this year. We have to elect someone for President. The problem is, at least in my humble opinion, that we have no candidate fit for the job. We have to choose between a red headed buffoon with the intellect of a third grader who can't make up his mind whether he's Liberal or Conservative, who has one opinion one day and a totally opposite one the next. Then, we have an old hag who wants to continue the legacy of the present administration and finish destroying what's left of this once proud, productive and powerful nation. Last but not least, we have an old 'fry-brain' hippie who thinks that everything in life is free. You know what, kiddies?...We're in bi-hi-hi-hi-hi-g trouble!

it could be worse - the British administration could be running the US into the rocks as they are with our own country

Bwwwwaaaahahahahaha!!! Actually, I'm still a Canadien citizen after some fifty odd years of living in the U.S. . I refuse to become citizen of a country that 'eats their own'. If it weren't that I have family ties here, I'd be back up there in a 'New York minute'.

That is the reason that sometimes I am reluctant to vote. It is just heartbreaking that the choice left is just to choose the lesser evil among the candidates. I do hope a good change will still happen under a new administration. A change for the better and not for its opposite.

You hit the nail on the head. No matter where you stand politically, you can't be thrilled over the choices. And not much can be said either for the also rans who dropped out of the race.
