Why Its So Hard To Get Up In The Morning?
May 25, 2016 5:50pm CST
You are already awake. But you don't want to get up. Instead you just lay down because you still feel lazy. Even when the alarm clock is shouting on you that it is already time to get up-- you are late, you still don't want to get up. It had been many times that I planned morning exercise. "Five o clock and I will jog in the morning." But when that time comes, you said, "later." This is one habit I really wanted to change? Or can it be change?

I do the same thing. I suppose we just feel too safe and comfortable in bed when we hear that alarm. I suppose the only way to solve the problem is to make ourselves hop out of bed on the first ring of the alarm. Hard to do, but after a few mornings it will become a habit.
