The last hen is in the pressure cooker.

I could have left that last hen for Leticia to cut it up (the difficult part) and to cook it in the pressure cooker. But the hen was defrozen and I had not much to do so I started to cut up the bird. Hens are a lot more tough than chicken and while I dismembered it, I told myself how stupid I was. After all, I pay Leticia to do those jobs. But then that was a very ugly thought and I finally did it. The creature is cooking and I´m mylotting. There are several things that make me realise that I´m getting old. I went to the kitchen for a cup of coffee, cut the hen and put it to boil, made the post and still no coffee. Coffee, here I go.
