The Land Taken From Us: What A Pity?!?

our land

You might not believe that we had lost 2 hectares land area in the province. I had shared this sentiment before but the hatred lingers from within. This is the snapshot of our land. It is the land that should be in my mom’s possession. Unfortunately, she was betrayed by her youngest sister. The land title was transferred to her name and declared a sole heir of my grandfather. It is obviously acquired with the influence of greediness and supported by the local government staff. We had filed an adverse claim of the lands. But we stopped to go through legal action because of the possible huge amount of expenses. My mother and the rest of the family members hope for her sister to be haunted by with bad conscience. Do any of the souls in your blood line betrays you? Photo Credit: Shavkat

I should say that they did. I could do nothing as there were are loopholes in that law and they got away with it. The Lawyers told me that they would not even charge me anything as it was not worth even trying to do anything as they had already won.

@Shavkat Where I had that problem also. Lawyer reckoned to me that it was not worth even trying to do anything as everything was already signed and sealed and in their favour only not mine at all. Legally I exist but for the loophole I do not exist as they change the Wills to their hearts content.

@lovinangelsinstead21 I agree. Let us see any miracles in the future. I heard that the people involved are in big trouble. They cannot transfer the title to those people who bought the land properties. At this point in time, bad karma started to strike at them.

They almost win the game, my friend. I was able to file an adverse claim. It is ready to file criminal cases to those people involved. But then, we cannot push through because it is too expensive to have a lawyer's service.

That's what giving value to material things can do to a person; she betrayed her older sister which is a bad idea ( a sinful one too!). I know how your family feels, because I am a victim of such greediness too! But as karma says: just relax and we'll take care of it! So now, it appeared that my family is more well-off than her family! Just pray for them.

@acelawrites I agree. We just ignore the fact that my aunt did a terrible thing. At the end, she lost us as her family.

@Shavkat really bad. She should had divided that land in half. What she did was illegal too because she does not have the consent of your mother who is also a rightful heir.

Sorry to hear that you were betrayed by a close relative, a person who should normally be unconditionally trustworthy. I don't want to imagine that someone in my family would do such a terrible thing, but of course nothing is impossible when greed takes over the souls of individuals. I doubt your mother's sister has a conscience, but I believe justice will prevail one way or another and you will get your land back.

@polaris I am not sure if she has shame of herself and conscience. But I do believe that there is always bad karma and it will strike 77 times.

Some people are like that when they can't satisfy their needs, they come to the relatives, because more easy to convince with every reason. See picture. The snake try to swallow the elephant...mean the greediness of man has no limit just like snake want to swallow the elephant...how greedy it was even they can't get it and they find ways to achieve their goals -greediness Some day the punishment will come. Justice will come!

We believe that soon she will feel the difference between being betrayed and to be a trustworthy person, She lost everything too and that is, we as her family.

Im sorry to hear that. Your aunt is very greedy and don't worry bad karma will come to her soonest. I'm just so lucky for my brother and sister are all good and we equally divided the properties being left by our parents.

@Macarossel You are lucky my friend. I have a lot of proof that she falsified the documents and a lot of people are involved. We fought back through filing adverse claim of the property. She cannot sell the rest of the land and soon, she will beg for mercy.

As I've said, conflict due to inheritance has always been a problem of families, more especially if one or two would like to have the upperhand in the sharing.

@sunrisefan Well, I guess it happens for a reason. We just accepted the fact and move on. Bad karma will come along the way with them.

That is very sad. What a dreadful thing for your aunt to do. Hopefully karma will deal with her one day.
