Narra Begins To Bloom

Its the season of blooming of flowers. This does not exclude the forest and big trees like narra. Narra, an endemic hardwood in the Philippines becomes magical during the month of May when the whole tree was covered of golden yellow color because of the small flowers. This last one week and then the flowers begin to fall. When that happens, the ground below become the paradise of yellow.
Its really magical to see big tree in bloom. photo is mine

That tree needs to be in my life. Has good branches for sitting and reading or hiding from annoying people. I can see why it's so popular with furniture making. Pretty too.

its a kind of hardwood, once in a year, it blooms yellow flowers that it cover the whole tree

@ilocosboy Yes, I know it's hardwood and I've seen it as lumber or plywood but I've never seen the tree itself.
