Getting in trouble at work

I am so annoyed right now. This boss is rather rude, and ignorant to most customers. So she will point the finger at anyone but herself.
She for one went to my mother who has nothing to do with anything. She claims she has corrected mybehaviour or warned me.
She is the worse boss,and needs control. One was codes on the sheets well I was not trained in the job just thrown in. In 8 years of me working there I didn't know.
Another was putting flyers in the new mailboxes, well how would I know they don;t get them because she didn't tell me.
Also, someone signed for a package, then refused it. I have never had this happen before so brought it back and they said it was fine until she found out.
I think she is the issue not me.

It sounds as if she has gotten very comfortable in her job and doesn't care about anyone but herself. She seems to think shes secure enough that she can say or do whatever she pleases.
There's a lady that works where I work, we hardly ever cross paths of which I am glad. She'll yell your name, you may be only a few feet in front of her etc, but she screams your name to get your attention.
She also seems to think she's the boss, doesn't do much at all and gets away with it because nobody wants to deal with her.

Yes, I think that is exatly that. She is always downgrading old bosses and how they did things.

@ricki_911 Pathetic. THese are also the type of people who won't lift a finger to do physical labor. I hate those types.
