How do yo control your temper?

Everyone gets upset sometimes in life. Some are calm and cool when they are ticked off. Others like me are time bombs waiting to explode. How do you manage your temper? I am learning to stay away from people that trigger my explosive side. It's helping me a lot.

I just keep quiet, take a deep breath and sigh. Sometimes, I just keep focus my mind to other things.

@sharon6345 Walking is a very good technique in controlling your temper. Your mind will be focused to other things.

Pour some cool water into your head.its not joke .try this. Or use some breath excercise. I am also time bomb explode by teasings.that time my sister pour the water into my head.

Yep stay away from people that trigger your explosive side and glad it's helping you a lot. I try to just walk away.

I know how that goes, I don't bother to be around people that trigger my bad side but when I DO get on my bad side for some reason or another I take a walk or take a nap or just put my head phones on & tune into something I like to listen to OR I go out & WACK some weeds down anything I can to keep from going off the DEEP end.

I try to calm down and forget everything that happened even it is really hard to forget. Or sometimes I just hangout with my kids to stay calm.
