I remember my time from 15 to 18 years when I had most fun. I did not have to care specially about anything just to hangout and enjoy.. Sometimes I want that years to return back but sometimes not.. What do you think, would be that good or not to be young forever?

Forever? Like I drink some kind of Youth Elixir and I'm stuck at age 18? Reminds me of that book, Tuck Everlasting. Hmmm. Tricky question. I wouldn't want the mindset of an 18-year-old forever. But then, I wouldn't want my mind to mature so much that it started degenerating. I think I'll just stick with the natural process that God created. Though there are times I wish I could jump back in time and relive a certain day of my youth.

I don't think you would have to have the mindset, just reset your body to be 18 all over again. The trick is to keep your original mind.

@pgiblett But would my mind degenerate over time? Would I have to worry about Alzheimers or dementia?

there are pluses and minuses....I would not want to be growing up in our current world as i think there is so little for young people to look forward to and so much pressure to look a certain way and conform to the media's image of fashion and perfection. As I approach 62 I can be myself and, I don't care if anyone doesn't like/approve of how I look or behave

No chance. Being a teen is very stressful. All the school, the cliques, the emotions, having to get your first job, dealing with annoying parents....I would never want to go back to those days. No thank you. I could be 25 years old forever, though :)

Yeah, for somebody that is stressful, when I look back now I see all those situations less stressful.

Teen age is always a golden period according to me... dreams, hope, full of new ideas, attitude to achieve impossible, friendship, etc... At the same time immature decisions, arrogance, over confidence, etc...

I sometimes wish to be in the body of an 18 year old again, and continue to live my life, I would have fun.

Heheh, yeah.. Being in a body of 18-year-old guy with experience and mindset of older would be great.

For me the ideal would be the body of an 18 year old, and the wisdom of a 50 year old.
