I live alone so that really does not make a difference for me. If you live with others it's so not cool to go to bed angry. I think if your last word was not a good one it would hurt. Not just for the not so good words but in case that was the last word they will hear from you.

you're going to have nightmares if you sleep angry or depressed. in fact, others who sleep like this didn't wake up at all.

That won't happen to me though. As I won't be going to bed like that. I do know others living with people should be more careful.

It is so unhealthy I think! I would want to literally not allow the sun to go down upon my wrath.

I am a firm believer in this one sharon. I have found through out my life though, that many I was with did not feel it made a difference.

I agree. No one should go to bed angry. They should just let it shake it off and subside before they hit the pillow.

In my case, I can't sleep if I'm angry maybe I should settle the differences first between the person I got angry before going to bed.

Sleeping angry is never good, the next day you'll wake up with a heavy heart.

I think this applies to everyone, you would regret it if something happens.

I agree, it is not good to go to bed angry. And there is a Bible verse that says that "don't let the sun go down on your wrath".

So my friend can you sleep when you are angry and alone in your house?

Yes, it is not good to go to bed angry. Before bed I watch some funny stuff on YouTube to make me laugh, smile before bed.

I wholly agree with you. I also live alone, but even then, it is not a good idea to get angry with someone, even by phone, and let it be until the next day.

It is important to settle or clear things out before going to bed. We cannot have a good sleep if we won't.

When hubby was still alive, we never went to bed angry at each other. You're right you never know if you wake up the next morning.
