And now presumptive President Rodrigo Duterte is giving tirade to Temporary Restraining Order of Justices of judiciary department saying this is hindrance to the progress of the program and projects of the country. Oh, I think I'm beginning to like this person who is elected as president of the Philippines. If I'm not mistaken, Duterte is saying TRO is becoming milking cow of the judge. Do you agree on removing of TRO?

What ever happen to the doctrine of the separation and co-equal of the 3 branches of gov't (the executive, legislative and judiciary)? Winston Churchill said that democracy is the worst form of government, but taking short cuts like what president-elect Duterte is intent on doing will be going down the path of one-man rule not unlike the Marcos' martial law years.

@ilocosboy _Didn't former president Estrada call them hoodlum in robes? There will always be rotten apples in the basket but we should follow the rule of law. Even corrupt judges deserve their day in court. If they are found guilty then throw them in jail. I will believe in Duterte when he applies the law equally on the rich and powerful. No exceptions..

Well, if progress is being stalled by TRO, then removing it will benefit the people.
