If one tries to see the intention behind the action of any person then so many misunderstandings can be avoided... have you ever try to understand unspoken intention of the action...?

There comes the work of mind so generally people wont apply mind in such things or cases. Intensionally done actions have more and more influence but if this know by the opposite person then definitely many quarrels will put to an end

I always try to understand unspoken intention but rarely i cant to understand it

I always evaluate a person with the intentions more than execution or action. Sometimes executions may go wrong, but we need to see the intentions behind them.

If you are doing a great job... you must not have any conflict with oyhers action...
