Since I quit working in a BPO company. I planned to work in the Virtual world of Virtual Assistant. I like the idea of their job but I really don't know the works. I've been trying to ask my friend about that and she told me I need to study. In short, I need to study first about it.
Today. There are many companies for Virtual Assistant growing in the city and I'm still stuck in the idea that they will not gonna hire me because I'm sick.
I really need to have a job. Of course for my treatment. I need to support my treatment in order for me to live more and save for my future.
So, is there anyone of you working here as a Virtual Assistant?

My friend who is a CPA , resigned and is now a virtual assistant of two foreigners that hired her at ODesk . Then she also have an informal office in their house that employs about 3 employees who also works for her via ODesk . I didn't ask how it works but it seems she is getting much from it .

Nope. Virtual assistant has a lot of job. They can be a clients secretary, others do research. Chat support is more on customer service none voice. I quit because I am not happy with the environment anymore. The company I worked with they don't value their workers.
