Wish we could find our wallet back

Last night we had a dinner with teachers and other parents. After that, we went home by bus.
This morning my husband said he couldn't find his wallet. My husband is a very careless person. Since we can't find it at home, it is more likely that it was lost in the bus. This morning I called the bus station and told them this situation. Later they called me back and said the driver found a wallet last night but not sure whether it was ours. Since it is not the driver's shift now, so I have to wait for a little time when they confirm it.
I really hope that it is my husband's wallet. The money is important but the ID card and credit card and debit card are much more important. It is especially complicated to issue a new ID card.

That is very honest of the bus driver. When the driver is on the shift, I hope it will turn out to be your husbands wallet.
