Pumpkin Pancakes - Whats your favorite?

@rusty2rusty I would have to substitute the pumpkin for another type of gourd, maybe pureed zucchini . . . cause I am allergic to the enzymes in the vegetable pumpkin but that sounds delicious (can something sound delicious ?)

The recipe is very tempting, I will try without eggs, since I am a vegetarian, We usually make sweet pancakes with Whole Wheat Flour. add required amount of Jaggery syrup, little more water for batter consistency. Add Cardamon power for flavor. Add butter while its cooking...its yummm....
