My Earnings Was lost

I was surprised when I opened MyLot this morning that my earnings for the month of May was lost. WHY and HOW did it happened? I have more than $3 yesterday afternoon at around 5pm when I logged out. I thought it will be carried over for the next month. Will somebody explain it to me PLEASE. I have exerted much effort and time for that.
