So I went to see Eve 6 (alternative rock/pop rock) last night at the crowbar in Ybor near Tampa, Florida. The line up wasn't so hot as the second and third act were soloists; which weren't bad themselves. The first band simply had more appealing music and I think they should have gone third. Anyhow, the tour only began 2 days before in Orlando and Max Collins the lead vocalist got laryngitis right at the beginning of the tour. He apologized to the audience before beginning the show about the breaking of his voice. Max wasn't able to sing his notes in particular songs as he was sick. I'm not complaining as this is one of my favorite bands and I was lucky enough to see them. I respected Max for trying to get on stage and singing his heart out anyhow. Though, I heard some people complaining about it I haven't heard of anyone asking for a refund. Would you respect the person for getting up on stage and trying or would you rather have your money back?

That's exactly what I thought. He wasn't so bad that we couldn't hear him. I think some people just don't have anything better to do. The same people were also trashing the solo acts which definitely rubbed me the wrong way. Kind of ruining my night a little.

Wow EVE 6 it's been a while. I have respect for anyone that can get in front of a lot of people (they don't know) and can entertain them I don't have the guts to do that for my friends and family lol. I got respect for him that he still tried to give a performance, some people just like to complain = (. For me Inside out is my favorite song.
